We are TOTAL REHAB SERVICES, P.A., a full-service rehabilitation agency. We are the largest modern outpatient therapy clinic located in rapidly growing Northeast Columbia. We service clients from Columbia and surrounding areas, such as Elgin, Lugoff, Sumter, Blythewood and Fairfield County.

Our mission is to provide optimal services to clients of ALL AGES.

We specialize in Pediatrics, Developmental Delays, Geriatrics, Neurological Disorders, Orthopedics, Work Related Injuries, Sports Injuries, Pain Management, Hand Therapy and Aquatic Therapy.

As an OUTPATIENT REHABILITATION AGENCY, Total Rehab Services can provide therapy in our clinic and in your facility. Please note that we:

· are therapist owned and operated

· have been in practice for over 19 years

· provide Physical, Aquatic, Occupational and Speech Therapies

· are providers for numerous insurance companies (see enclosed list)

· are DHEC certified and licensed

Our facility includes:

• A physical therapy gym with private treatment areas
• A hand therapy clinic with an isolated wound care area
• An ADL room for simulation of Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) in the home
• Several private treatment rooms for caregiver viewing of pediatric therapy
• A sensory integration gym for pediatric treatment of sensory disorders
• An onsite, state of the art therapy pool with an underwater treadmill

We are fully equipped to service all your rehab needs. Additionally, we have a library of treatment references to ensure the highest quality of care.

Hours of Operation:

Monday through Thursday, 7:30am - 6:00pm

Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Closed Saturday and Sunday
